From my perspective, I have been taking all my family's cars to Accu-Wench from the time the busines opened. Matt, the owner, has always treated me in a respectful and courteous manner. You can be assured that if your car does not need repair he will inform you. But, if it does need of repair; it will be fixed and in a timely manner. Matt is always in communication with me when I take my car into the shop. When I had an emergency on the road, I would call him to get instructions. This was very comforting to me. I would reccomend Accu-Wrench to anyone. The car you bring is very important to you. You can rest assured that Accu-Wrench will treat "Ole Betsy" or your new Jaguar with the same professionalism.

I recently moved to the area and as a owner of 3 automobiles, I have been searching for a repair shop I could trust. I found Accuwrench in Clemmons (address says Winston but it's actually tucked right off of Lewisville-Clemmons Rd-maps on here very easy to follow). I have been really impressed in my first 2 visits there. Knowlegeable and friendly staff, prices that are competitive with what I am accustomed to paying and a really clean shop/waiting area. I will continue to go back, as this appears to be an individually owned shop rather than some big franchise, which I prefer due to the personal service you receive here.

My husband and I would like to praise this automotive repair shop that was referred to us by a friend. We are so impressed by Accu-Wrench particularly the knowledge and honesty of the staff. Having had some difficult experiences at a local dealership, it was refreshing to find such personalized interest and someone willing to take the time to explain in detail the issues and the needed repairs. For the first time in months our car is running perfectly and we are much less stressed to have a dependable vehicle! A nice bonus of Accu-Wrench is that there is a wonderful waiting room with, televison, comfortable seating, table for laptop, current newspaper and magazines! We are #1 Accu-Wrench fans!

I HAVE BEEN TO MANY AUTOMOTIVE SHOPS OVER THE YEARS AND ACCU WRENCH AUTOMOTIVE IS HANDS DOWN THE MOST QUALITY EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. IT IS THE CLEANEST, NICEST AUTOMOTIVE OPERATION YOU WILL FIND IN FORSYTH COUNTY. THE OWNER (MATT) WAS EASY TO TALK TO, ASSESSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, AND HAD ME BACK ON THE ROAD IN NO TIME. MY CAR IS MY OFFICE, THEREFORE IT IS THE WAY I MAKE MONEY SO ANY DOWNTIME IS MONEY LOST. THE STAFF THERE ARE ALL ON THE SAME PAGE, THE WORK DONE HAS ALWAYS BEEN QUALITY, AND ITS THE KIND OF PLACE THAT I WOULD SEND MY GRANDMOTHER BY HERSELF. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS OUTFIT TO ANYONE NEEDING AUTOMOTIVE WORK DONE. I HAVE FOUND MY "CAR GUY"! THANKS ACCU-WRENCH!!

My car broke down one mid afternoon and I had it towed to ACCU-WRENCH Automotive. You see I'm a single father, and a car is a necessaity in my situation. I explained to the owner that i really needed my car that evening; I need to get the kids to school in the morning and get to work. He said he understood, and that he would do his best to get the job done. I had a parent teacher confrence later that evening and had to take a cab (embarrassing). Afterwards, I had to take a cab home as well. To my surprise, as I pull into the drive way @ 730pm, I see my car being delivered by their staff. They took the liberty of bringing my car to me, so that I would not be inconvenienced anymore. Thank you ACCU-WRENCH!
